Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North

The hotel is in a good location. Loads of fun restaurants within a mile. Friendly staff. I appreciate the noon checkout and free drinks at the evening receptions. It's fun to ride the glass elevator, too! The room and linens were super clean. Comfortable mattress. Fabulous TV set. Great coffee in the room. Good water pressure in the shower. I didn't give five stars for a number of small reasons that perhaps only a person over 65 like me would notice: The shower floor was very slippery. Lighting was too dim. Could use three.-way bulbs or overhead option, especially in kitchenette. Ottoman and coffee table were very heavy and hard to move The room was a little scruffy around the edges (see pix). The stay was nice overall. I would recommend and stay here again.

I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a hotel stay more. From the incredibly warm welcome and goodie bag at the front desk to the unbelievable view from our balcony…. This hotel was pure heaven! The bathroom was HUGE with plenty of room for two of my daughters and I to get ready. We loved having a separated sleeping/hanging out space. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the breakfast has got the be in my top 5 of all the hotels I have ever stayed at. Every item of food was fresh, tasted wonderful AND there was plenty! Though we saw plenty of others when we left our room, the room itself was amazingly quiet. We especially loved the geometric view as we rode the glass elevators to and from our floor.

This Embassy Suites is, by far, the best one we have ever stayed at! Pre-Arrival & Check-in I began corresponding with the team two months prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth trip, as I have a demanding professional schedule. I was delighted that everything was ready for us upon arrival. The team did an outstanding job of explaining all the hotel amenities and services. Room Experience & Service Recovery Our initial room unfortunately had a mildew odor. However, the front desk immediately and efficiently provided us with a new room, which my fiancé was very pleased with! Breakfast & Evening Reception The breakfast on our first day was amazing, and we met some truly lovely fellow guests. On the second day, I was initially disappointed to hear they had "run out of fresh eggs," only to learn they are not served on weekends. I suggest a simple, visible sign stating this policy—it would greatly enhance guest communication and manage expectations. The bartender during the evening reception was amazing—very engaging and friendly! We genuinely hope to see them when they visit family in our area. Final Thoughts & Service Delivery Finally, we accidentally left some items in our room, which caused my fiancé considerable stress. The hotel truly delivered: the package arrived on my doorstep the very next day! We were staying for our nephew's wedding, and the outstanding service made an already special weekend even more amazing. Thank you so much for the incredible service. We will absolutely be staying with you again on our next visit. If I could give you more stars, I would!

This is a beautiful hotel. Everything is clean and crisp. The room was wonderful. Every encounter with an employee was excellent. Everyone was kind, helpful, and personable. The nightly cocktails were much appreciated, especially after a long flight. The hotel itself is beautiful and beautifully decorated.

Excellent customer service. We were in town to watch our son swear in at MEPS. I hit a snag with my reservation (completely my fault) but they worked with us and were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was the perfect size with a separate living room area. It was clean and roomy. The complimentary drinks and made to order breakfast added to the great experience.

Ruben and JR provided some of the best front desk service I’ve experienced. I travel frequently and stay at many hotels, including some very high-end properties, and the level of service these two delivered truly stood out. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across front desk agents who make such a positive impression. Kudos to Ruben and JR for representing Embassy Suites so well and making the experience exceptional! ⭐

I had a great stay. Nevermind a fire alarm at 5 am. Looked like a real one, smelled like burning oil in the restaurant preparing for breakfast. Missed my 7:30 am event as a result. Not by much and no big deal. But not five stars.
